I tried to make eggs this morning. I haven't done that in a long time. It looked fine at first. Then it started hissing and popping at me. I stood leaning back from the stove, spatula held over the egg so I was ready to attack if they caught on fire (yes, traumatized by the flaming steak incident). This is what resulted:
I don't know what happened. The yoke came apart from the white stuff. And then everything was hissing and crackling. And the "jen living on her own" diet continues...

Did you spray the pan first? Those take a lot of practice to be able to flip without breaking the yoke... it's not just you, I promise.
